Q: Can I learn to use a computer in my own home?
A: Yes, we can come to you. If you do not have a computer currently we can teach you on one of our laptops.
Q: If I am interested in purchasing a computer would you help select the right one for me?
A: Yes, if you would like assistance in purchasing a computer, we would definitely help you out, we will go through what things are important to you and what you would like to do with the computer. We would also go to the store with you to answer any questions you might have and be the mediator with the salesperson. We know it is a bit intimidating talking about something you might be a little unsure of.
Q: If my computer needs repair would you come to my home to repair it?
A: Yes, we will come to you, we will let you know what the problem is, and should you need a part replaced, we will get the part for you and install it.
Q: Is it true that every computer needs periodic maintenance?
A: Definitely, when a computer is not maintained regularly, your computer will not run as efficiently. We offer a variety of maintenance services at a lower cost than our competitors.
Q: Do you offer tech support?
A: Yes, you can email us, call us, or fax us.
Q: Are the classes large or small?
A: We tend to keep the classes very small four - six people so everyone will have hands-on experience and we allow a considerable amount of time to answer any questions. We want to ensure you are satisfied with what has been taught and that you leave with a good understanding.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates so I can give a gift of learning to a family member or friend?
A: Yes, we do offer gift certificates for that very reason, giving the gift of knowledge is not only thoughtful but a priceless gift.
Q: Is there a discount if two family members in the same household would like to learn?
A: Yes, there is a discount for family members within the same household.
